Canyons on Colter
Phoenix, AZ
A 304-unit C-class apartment complex in gentrifying Glendale, AZ, was purchased in June 2019. Refinanced and returned all investor capital.

Corona Del Sol Apartments
Phoenix, AZ
Acquired in January 2018, a 64-unit stabilized property with operational upside in South Phoenix. Sold it in 2024 for 600% investor returns.

Mission Creek Apartments
Tucson, AZ
We bought this 200-unit B-class asset in April 2022. Completed a cash-out refinance in 2025.

28-unit C-class property in the gentrifying area in Sacramento, CA, in April 2017. Repositioned it to B-class property and sold in June 2018 for 125 %+ gain.

We bought this 364-unit B-class asset in February 2022 with a 1031 exchange from another Tucson property we sold. Completed a cash-out refinance in 2025.

Bought this 56-unit, C-class apartment as a heavy value-add in 2021 and sold in 2022 for a 400% investor return.
